General Terms

General terms apply to all refund eligible Services. In addition, there may be special term(s) that apply to a specific product and/or service and those are outlined below.

• In no event is the same Service eligible for more than one refund.
• Service(s) must be cancelled before we can issue a refund.
• No refund will be made for domains involved in Trademark Infringement. It includes domains that are the subject of and/or involved in a Trademark Infringement allegation and/or proceeding.
• No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause.
• If purchased Service(s) include free domain name registration as part of a promotion or sale of the Service(s), and you cancel the purchased Service(s), the standard price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the standard price for the domain, you must either elect to pay the difference or forfeit the domain, in which case, ownership of the domain will revert back to Luhoster.
• All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars: you, the customer, bear sole responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate(s) between the time of payment and the time of refund.
• Unless you request otherwise, refunds will be credited to your Luhoster account balance. Purchases made using Luhoster account funds can only be refunded as account credit. Purchases made by credit card and PayPal may be refundable to the original source of payment. Refunds are not possible for cryptocurrency deposits. Luhoster is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your credit card company or PayPal payment processor in the case of refund.
• Any processing fee(s) will be deducted from a refund.

Additional refund requirements may apply based on specific terms and conditions notified to you when purchasing any Service(s).

Special Terms

1. Domain Name Services

1.1. Domain Name Registrations:

• Due to the nature of domain name registrations, once a domain name has been registered, it cannot be refunded.
• If a domain name registration fails or if we are unable to provide the domain name, a full refund will be issued.

1.2. Domain Name Renewals:

• Domain name renewals are non-refundable once the renewal process has been completed.

1.3. Domain Name Transfers:

• Domain name transfers are non-refundable once the transfer process has been initiated.

2. Web Hosting Services

2.1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all web hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with your hosting service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
• This guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a hosting plan. Subsequent renewals or additional purchases are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

2.2. Exclusions:

• The money-back guarantee does not apply to any fees associated with domain name registrations, SSL certificates, or other add-on services.
• Violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or other policies void the money-back guarantee.

3. Other Services

3.1. SSL Certificates:

• SSL certificate purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the certificate has not been issued.

3.2. Website Builder and Other Tools:

• Refunds for website builder subscriptions and other tools are provided within 14 days of the initial purchase, as long as the service has not been used.

4. Cancellation Process

4.1. How to Cancel:

• Provide your account information, order number, and the reason for the refund request.

4.2. Processing Time:

• Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

5.1. Non-Refundable Services:

• Custom development services, setup fees, and other one-time charges are non-refundable.
• Any services that have been used or partially used are non-refundable.

5.2. Promotional Offers:

• Services purchased at a discounted rate as part of a promotional offer are non-refundable.

6. Changes to This Policy

• We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
